RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICIES
Free Range Flower Winery is unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages.
If you receive bottles that are broken during the original shipment, please document the damage and contact us -- [email protected] or 510-547-7173 -- to arrange for an order replacement or refund.
We are unable to cancel or refund orders for wine that may have been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or for wine that is ordered in error. We only accept cancellations of orders prior to shipment, local delivery, or tasting room pickup. Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method or credit card.
