Drawing from her background in biology, herbalism, and nutrition education, FRFW founder Aaliyah Nitoto combines her knowledge of flowers and plants, taste profiles, and science into the art of flower winemaking.
Her process updates ancient women's garden winemaking traditions for 21st century tastes.
Current and forthcoming varietals include Sparkling Lavender, Marigold, RoseHybiscus, Rose Petal, Rose Hips, Sparkling Red Clover, and Feijoa (pineapple guava flower wine).
