National Wellness Month Special Event: Mindfulness Meditation, Gentle Yoga & Mindful Wine Tasting (08/20)
This Wellness special event begins with meditation that leads into an uplifting yoga practice under the glorious sun and blue skies, after which you'll enjoy a mindful wine-tasting.
Your 2-hour reservation, from 11am - 1pm, includes:
- mindfulness meditation to deepen your relationship with love, peace & the oneness of all
- a balanced yoga practice of both active & restorative poses to rejuvenate & soothe the mind, body & soul
- "full sensory experience" (Wine Enthusiast) tasting with "simply heavenly" (Edible East Bay) RoseHybiscus, Marigold & Sparkling "L" Lavender flower wines
*** Artisan organic chocolate pairings along with glasses & bottles-to-go of Marigold & "L" wines will also be available for purchase on site.
All levels of experience & ages (21+) welcome.
Bring a yoga mat or a towel, if you don't have your own mat.
The event will be limited to no more than 20 participants.
Your meditation guide is Iman Saint Jean-Saunders, an Alameda wellness practitioner who teaches mindfulness, meditation & conscious movement in schools throughout the country.
Your yoga instructor is Natalie Palms, an Oakland teacher, artist & dedicated yoga practitioner for the past six years.
Free Range Flower Winery founder & winemaker Aaliyah Nitoto will guide your mindful wine tasting experience.
