Not-Too-Small Print Wine Club Membership Terms & Conditions
* Complimentary (winery-paid) local delivery limited to Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, and San Leandro, California. 21+/adult signature required.
** Free Range Flower Winery ships in California through shipping carrier GLS and to all other available states through Vinoshipper/UPS; specially negotiated ground rates (subject to change) from each shipper apply, minus Club Membership savings.
*** There is no fee to join the Wine Club, and your Club Benefits are effective immediately. Depending on inventory/production levels, near the end of each April/May, August, and November, you will be notified via email that your wine will be available for pickup at our next special event or Tasting Room pickup party. Your credit card will then automatically be billed per your Wine Club Membership selection(s). Free Range Flower Winery shall not be responsible for any non-sufficient fund charges to your account. If you do not pick up your wine at our special event or pickup party (if scheduled) in/around May/June, September, or early December, your wine will be shipped about a week after the event or a week after billing. Free Range Flower Winery will coordinate local delivery with you via email and/or text message. Note: During H-O-T summer months, shipments may be delayed for non-California Members due to extreme weather conditions that may damage wine during transport.
**** You agree to receive 3 shipments prior to cancellation of Club Membership. Cancellation requests after 3 shipments shall be emailed to [email protected] at least 30 days prior to the next shipment delivery date. A cancellation email receipt from Free Range Flower Winery shall confirm your cancellation. Email any shipping address changes and call to provide credit card updates as soon as possible to [email protected]. You may also modify your account info online through our new Secure Club online store. A Wine Club Member requesting early cancellation of Club Membership shall incur charges equal to the cumulative Wine Club discounts received from previous shipments. Wine Club Membership Terms and Conditions are subject to change with 30 days advance notice via email.
